Breast cancer is one of the principal causes of early death in women worldwide and roughly 1 in 8 women will grow this disease as long as their life span. Increased exposure to estrogen is an established danger factors for the growth of breast cancer in both young women and postmenopausal taking hormone therapy (HT). Even after years of intense research, the mechanisms of breast cancer progression and metastasis are not completely understood.
